Pricing FAQ
What are the Community Edition uses cases?
The CE is good for low volume apps that don't need SLA-backed support. You can run as many separate apps as you wish but the maximum run-time concurrency across all them is 5.
Does the Community Edition have restricted functionality?
No, the CE is fully functional. You can build integrated web apps, workflow processes and REST APIs in exactly the same way as you would using the Enterprise Edition. The only difference is that the run-time concurrency is limited to 5.
Can I run my Community Edition apps in the Verj.io Cloud?
No, CE apps can only run on-premises. If you want to run your apps in the Verj.io Cloud you will need the Enterprise Edition.
What is Community support?
You can get CE support by posting questions on the Verj.io community forum. Alternatively, you can log an issue with the Ebase support desk, who will respond on a best endeavour basis.
How is Enterprise pricing worked out?
It depends on how many on-premises servers you need, how many Cloud service plans, how many Gateway servers, and the level of support required. Enterprise subscriptions are always unlimited on the number of applications run-time users and run-time users.
What are the Enterprise support options?
Silver is the default and offers 4-hour maximum response time, business hours. Gold improves the guaranteed reponse time to 1-hour. Platinum offers 365*24*7, a 1-hour reponse time, and includes remote operational support for on-premises systems.
