Dave Rawlins

CEO

Dave is CEO and co-founder of Ebase Technology. A hands-on technology entrepreneur who loves converting good ideas into business, Dave is a natural leader, communicator and builder of high-performance teams. A passionate, focused, ethical and results-driven business operator.

Happily married with two grown up kids he can also be found climbing mountains, baking bread and building things. An avid reader, insatiably curious and a sometimes OK chess player, he also thinks he’s pretty funny.

Dan East

Head of Technology

Ebase’s head of core product and a widely experienced manager, software designer and architect. Dan is a passionate engineer with a deep knowledge of software and cloud design. Loves to take a complex concept and make it easy use.

Dan also loves to travel and experience different cultures. His a cappella version of Sweet Child O’ Mine is not to be missed.

Sam Woodrow

Head of Services

A first-rate full-stack software engineer and project manager, Sam is responsible for the delivery of Ebase’s training, consultancy and project services. Sam is a well-rounded industry professional who thrives under pressure.

When not thinking about software he’s also a committed pub quizzer, trumpet player and film buff.

Constance Vanderputt

Head of Business Development

Constance heads up Ebase’s business development team with responsibility for sales, contracts and lead generation. A natural creative, Constance brings the human insight that helps software drive real-world business.

She enjoys heavy metal, historical fiction, linguistics and strange foods.

Jon Rickard

Director

Ebase co-founder, investor and former CTO, and responsible for the design, architecture and delivery of the Verj.io platform. A world-class engineer with unmatched technical vision, Jon has been the driving force behind Verj.io’s power, resilience and scalability.

Can be seen riding about on his lawn mower or playing the piano. Interesting fact: has played the Great Organ in Palma cathedral.

Steve Bird

Director

Steve is a hands-on investor with a wide and practical experience of building high value businesses. With expertise in financial technology, telecoms, fund-raising and business exits, Steve adds strength and depth to Ebase’s advisory team.

He can be found singing happily with his son twice a month at Watford FC.

Alex Starling

Director

Ebase investor, chartered engineer, financier and Cambridge PhD, Alex is also director of corporate advisory firm ACS Technical. Alex brings financial rigour and corporate governance to the Ebase board.

Loves ball sports, running 10K’s and family time with his 2 young girls. A deep thinker who loves to challenge the accepted narrative.
